With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manole Cristoiu in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein saved Orxata I Fartons from getting behind. Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manole Cristoiu went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute of the match Orgullo got a corner. Orxata I Fartons's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mario Zapatero ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fausto Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When Braulio Carrasco fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orgullo's protests and gave Braulio Carrasco a yellow card for diving instead. Orxata I Fartons made a substitution. Donatello Estrada replaced Gregorio Ruiz. Orgullo's Artzai Tarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donatello Estrada in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Orxata I Fartons booed when Orgullo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Carrasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Moreira took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artzai Tarin. Artzai Tarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Orgullo's Braulio Carrasco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Angelo Sacchi, made in the 32nd minute of the game. A collision led to Orxata I Fartons getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Angelo Sacchi hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Manole Cristoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orgullo's supporters rose to their feet, but Manole Cristoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artzai Tarin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donatello Estrada went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Orxata I Fartons's Fausto Moreira got a free kick in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fausto Moreira made a kick off. If Manole Cristoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Artzai Tarin made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Fausto Moreira sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, Orxata I Fartons's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Cristoiu came free, but Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Manole Cristoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Orxata I Fartons's zone, Manole Cristoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein came out of the goal and Manole Cristoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orxata I Fartons's Zarando Manrique was substituted for Fausto Moreira. After 75 played minutes Orxata I Fartons got a freekick which was hit by Batista Rosio. 77 minutes into the game, Yan Chuan Yang threw the ball into play from the sideline. Orxata I Fartons's 李永乐 á Bø quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 91 minutes, Franco Grau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orgullo and the Orxata I Fartons players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Orxata I Fartons booed when Orgullo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Grau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artzai Tarin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zarando Manrique in the 92nd minute. The Orgullo manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Orxata I Fartons to win.
