Firmo Canosa came out of the goal and Baldomero Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinand Paz in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Firmo Canosa saved Guyu FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Guyu FC's zone, Elixio Lacorte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Firmo Canosa came out of the goal and Elixio Lacorte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Demario Cuadrado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Firmo Canosa having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Baldomero Ramos put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Firmo Canosa. Baldomero Ramos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Firmo Canosa firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 20th match minute, Guyu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Cacheres to maneuver through the defense. Perico Raya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Cacheres in the 24th minute of the match. Demario Cuadrado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Firmo Canosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elixio Lacorte struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Firmo Canosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Boiro. CD Boiro's Demario Cuadrado got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Firmo Canosa didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. CD Boiro's Baldomero Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demario Cuadrado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baldomero Ramos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Firmo Canosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Firmo Canosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Demario Cuadrado went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 48th minute, Baldomero Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Firmo Canosa. Guyu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomero Ramos to make the kick off. 61 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Paz notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa. Firmo Canosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CD Boiro made a substitution. John Palomar replaced Elixio Lacorte. After some careless play in the Guyu FC defense, Demario Cuadrado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Firmo Canosa. The Guyu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Firmo Canosa should have stopped the shot. Firmo Canosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demario Cuadrado, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a rather tough play, Guyu FC's Osvaldo Figueres got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute Demario Cuadrado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Firmo Canosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Firmo Canosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Paz, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Norberto Peña was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Firmo Canosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demario Cuadrado, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Demario Cuadrado took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Firmo Canosa. Firmo Canosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demario Cuadrado in the 91st minute of play forced Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, CD Boiro's Steve Mur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Firmo Canosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demario Cuadrado in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CD Boiro fully deserved thier win.
