Gabri Casals fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colon Manrique having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game Unai Calatayud who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ganadería casa Ferreiro's Ter Stegen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes in the game Alda Canales did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Alda Canales. If Unai Calatayud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Unai Calatayud in the 24th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Unai Calatayud was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Chaiyos Kittisiriphun in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Atlético Ourense's Leonides Sánchez. Atlético Ourense's Euloxu Bermudez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabri Casals, made in the 87th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Ganadería casa Ferreiro's zone, Rogelio Verdaguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ter Stegen came out of the goal and Rogelio Verdaguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Gabri Casals in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Atlético Ourense's Enrico Carmona.
