Christijan Schreuder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Matthijs Meerdink made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christijan Schreuder got free with Matthijs Meerdink in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Herbert Hilhorst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Pantea in the 27th minute of the match. Herbert Hilhorst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Lembeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the FC Kirchroa defense, Christijan Schreuder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matthijs Meerdink. The FC Kirchroa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matthijs Meerdink should have stopped the shot. FC Kirchroa's Teo Lembeck got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Teo Lembeck off the ground. After a rather tough play, FC Kirchroa's Teo Lembeck got a free kick in the 79th minute. 86 minutes into the match, FC Kirchroa's goal looked a bit too open when Japke de Boer came free, but Matthijs Meerdink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
