Aírton Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuseppe Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cauã Carneiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee showed Giuseppe Esteves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SE Palmeiras getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. The SE Palmeiras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Will Muralhas should have stopped the shot. Will Muralhas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Magnistar's Cauã Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aílton Loureiro in the 94th minute of play forced SE Palmeiras's goalkeeper Will Muralhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Magnistar getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Elias Figueroa hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Magnistar players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
