Galera's 狄昆傲 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Fernando Dionísio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Warsaw Cowal's Mário Cardoso was substituted for Zeca Donato. During the 94th minute of the match Gernando Santana completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gernando Santana a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 95 played minutes Warsaw Cowal got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Santana. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched E.C. Galera eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
