The ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 38th minute André Luís Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute of the match ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ got a corner. Cöpacabana FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Serwacki ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loui Olemans in the 47th minute of play forced ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s goalkeeper Guilherme Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
