Átomo F.C.'s Dorival Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cãtãlin Hâldan in the 2nd minute of play. A collision led to SELEVASCO getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Xavier Van Dijk hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the game, Adhemar Lira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dorival Travassos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 12 minutes into the match, Cãtãlin Hâldan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Átomo F.C.'s Dorival Travassos. Dorival Travassos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute, Cãtãlin Hâldan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Átomo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xande Xande to maneuver through the defense. In the 22ndth minute of the game Adhemar Lira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Átomo F.C.'s Dorival Travassos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luiz Fernando Cerezo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Dorival Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Trigo in the 30th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes SELEVASCO got a freekick which was hit by Kang Kun Chen. Dorival Travassos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adhemar Lira's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adhemar Lira in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dorival Travassos saved Átomo F.C. from getting behind. Nico Pizzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xande Xande in the 42nd minute of play. In the 48th minute Cãtãlin Hâldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Átomo F.C.'s Didi Rossi got a free kick in the 69th minute. Átomo F.C.'s Tiaguinho Figueiredo was substituted for Gerson Salgado. When the final whistle sounded SELEVASCO left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Átomo F.C..
