Samuel Sena yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Elói Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldão Miranda hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Elói Prata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Sena was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Luisinho Cardozo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Samuel Sena made a huge save. Samuel Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ronaldão Miranda fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grêmio Platinos Juniors's protests and gave Ronaldão Miranda a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Grêmio Platinos Juniors getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ronaldão Miranda hit a great ball. Wesley Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th match minute, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. Sílvio Luiz Quirino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Samuel Sena skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 33 minutes, Luisinho Cardozo made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's Samuel Sena tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Samuel Sena managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Sílvio Luiz Quirino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisinho Cardozo got free with Samuel Sena in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47thth minute of the game Sílvio Luiz Quirino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Platinos Juniors's Samuel Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

During the 57th minute of the match Ronaldão Miranda completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ronaldão Miranda a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Platinos Juniors's Ronaldão Miranda got a free kick in the 58th minute. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's Samuel Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Silveira in the 61st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sílvio Luiz Quirino in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Sena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sílvio Luiz Quirino in the 62nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Sílvio Luiz Quirino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Samuel Sena quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's Samuel Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Prata in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz Quirino in the 65th minute of play forced Grêmio Platinos Juniors's goalkeeper Samuel Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Sílvio Luiz Quirino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Sena. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sílvio Luiz Quirino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Wesley Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Luisinho Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. In the 87th minute Elói Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz Quirino in the 92nd minute of play forced Grêmio Platinos Juniors's goalkeeper Samuel Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Grêmio Platinos Juniors's Samuel Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luiz Quirino in the 93rd minute of play. Luisinho Cardozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Sena having to interfere.
