With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Savenije prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute, Lukasz Daszkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Viper FC's Parampal Paracuellos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Daszkowski in the 56th minute of play. Roberto Mancini might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Savenije. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinando Di Loreto in the 95th minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Lucas Savenije to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Viper FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
