Anfilogino Preda started the match with the kick off. A collision led to GG Team FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Bo Dyken hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Alvise Cerrone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the game, Daniele Bevilacqua cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fortunato Montini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pär Are made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bo Dyken in the 9th minute. Pär Are showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Dyken, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute Anfilogino Preda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Montini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes of play, Montechiarugolo AFC's Emilio Macchia made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fortunato Montini was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Dave De Bartolo came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the GG Team FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dave De Bartolo couldn't finish the play. Pär Are made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Borja in the 32nd minute of play. Fortunato Montini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Macchia in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Borja in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pär Are saved Montechiarugolo AFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Bevilacqua in the 43rd minute of play forced GG Team FC's goalkeeper Fortunato Montini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pär Are showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Borja in the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Miguel Borja made the kick off in the second half. Anfilogino Preda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Fortunato Montini made a huge save. In the 59th minute Daniele Bevilacqua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Montini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montechiarugolo AFC's Alfredo Quattrocchi was substituted for Emilio Macchia. 65 minutes into the match, Dave De Bartolo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Montechiarugolo AFC's Pär Are. Pär Are was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Szymon Raschke replaced Miguel Borja. 74 minutes into the match, Montechiarugolo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Raschke came free, but Pär Are reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pär Are took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Scandella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
