They were losing 0-7.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zilar Barcena made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Dani Galiana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Astillero del Guayas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Victoro Garrote kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Palmeiras de Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ysmael Ceraso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Morelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paredes Campderros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Long Yuan De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoro Garrote in the 79th minute of play. Silvio Morelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paredes Campderros, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Xaven Galiana hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Fabian Herbias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astillero del Guayas played a much better game than Palmeiras de Ecuador and deserved their victory. The Palmeiras de Ecuador players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
