After having played for 6 minutes, Villafuerte Solier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scuderia Ferrari CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Villafuerte Solier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute Rodolfo Ingueros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paz Ungo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Jacobo Arriola put in a rough tackle. After 12 played minutes Scuderia Ferrari CF got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Arriola. GOMEZ F.C.'s Xurxo Aumada got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Urbano Incera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Pino, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Villafuerte Solier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paz Ungo having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Rodolfo Ingueros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urbano Incera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Pino, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Jan Hendrik Corono got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 31st minute, Felipe Torrea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Urbano Incera was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Zenon Pino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Torres Roiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GOMEZ F.C.'s Paz Ungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villafuerte Solier in the 41st minute of play. Urbano Incera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Pino, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Urbano Incera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Torrea in the 48th minute of play. After the first half GOMEZ F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan Hendrik Corono stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Urbano Incera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zenon Pino's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The supporters of Scuderia Ferrari CF booed when GOMEZ F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calisto Ayuso didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to GOMEZ F.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Zenon Pino hit a great ball. Scuderia Ferrari CF's Lara Setien was substituted for Jan Hendrik Corono. The supporters of Scuderia Ferrari CF booed when GOMEZ F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zenon Pino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd match minute, GOMEZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ascencio Canado to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of GOMEZ F.C. booed when Scuderia Ferrari CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Ingueros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Scuderia Ferrari CF defense, Yago Cortada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Incera. The Scuderia Ferrari CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Incera should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Yago Cortada notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Scuderia Ferrari CF's Urbano Incera. Urbano Incera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Marcos Veguri fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scuderia Ferrari CF's protests and gave Marcos Veguri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Marcos Veguri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GOMEZ F.C. reached it. If Zenon Pino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GOMEZ F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
