Silvano Mercurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remicio Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd match minute, Cabildo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Manuel Jeréz to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the game, Hernán Torrejón recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patricio Toledo. Hernán Torrejón showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Patricio Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Torrejón in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Hernán Torrejón ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patricio Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Patricio Toledo was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Hernán Torrejón capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hernán Torrejón really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pang Xun to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Hernán Torrejón notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Cabildo FC's Patricio Toledo. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, Cabildo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Nord came free, but Patricio Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Cabildo FC defense, Verner Nord kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Toledo. The Cabildo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Toledo should have stopped the shot. Patricio Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Verner Nord, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Verner Nord's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patricio Toledo was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 80 minutes into the match, Verner Nord had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patricio Toledo. Cabildo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Verner Nord was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. A hard, long distance shot from Verner Nord flew over the goal. Juan Manuel Riquelme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
