The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pál Mester was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Lopez Arrillaga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lopez Arrillaga really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Százhalombattai LK's Lopez Arrillaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pál Mester narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute of the match Százhalombattai LK got a corner. Szolnoki MÁV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Félix Dobó ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Szolnoki MÁV's Justino Roldanillo got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute Lopez Arrillaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Mester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Lopez Arrillaga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pál Mester. Szolnoki MÁV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lopez Arrillaga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 28th minute Lopez Arrillaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Mester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lopez Arrillaga in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pál Mester saved Szolnoki MÁV from getting behind. Pál Mester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lopez Arrillaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Kornél Erőss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szolnoki MÁV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Százhalombattai LK the free kick. A collision led to Szolnoki MÁV getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Kornél Erőss hit a great ball. In the 34th match minute, Százhalombattai LK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jiang De Yi to maneuver through the defense. Pál Mester came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Százhalombattai LK's Lopez Arrillaga. But to his dismay, Lopez Arrillaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Szolnoki MÁV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Sándor Toldi scored to the left of an out of position Pál Mester, making the score, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aparajisnu Matharu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sándor Toldi in the 51st minute of play forced Szolnoki MÁV's goalkeeper Pál Mester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Százhalombattai LK's Sándor Toldi suffered a concussion in the 52nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. During the 52nd minute of the match Kornél Erőss completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kornél Erőss a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 53rd minute, Kornél Erőss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Lopez Arrillaga sped through Szolnoki MÁV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pál Mester. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lopez Arrillaga in the 58th minute of play forced Szolnoki MÁV's goalkeeper Pál Mester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Lopez Arrillaga sped through Szolnoki MÁV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pál Mester. Százhalombattai LK made a substitution. Ferenc Szeszák replaced Jiang De Yi. Százhalombattai LK made a substitution. Lóránt Hoffman replaced Lopez Arrillaga. Lóránt Hoffman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pál Mester read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Lóránt Hoffman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pál Mester having to make a save. Szolnoki MÁV's Pál Mester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lóránt Hoffman in the 72nd minute of play. Lóránt Hoffman scored 7-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pál Mester, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Lóránt Hoffman notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Szolnoki MÁV's Pál Mester. Pál Mester was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 82 minutes, Lóránt Hoffman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Százhalombattai LK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lóránt Hoffman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lóránt Hoffman shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 92 minutes of play, Százhalombattai LK's Lóránt Hoffman made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pál Mester was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aparajisnu Matharu kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 98th minute, Lóránt Hoffman made a precise shot to the right of Pál Mester. Szolnoki MÁV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Százhalombattai LK had won after a very even match.
