Ferdi Kargin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tugay Dokuzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Tugay Dokuzer took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdi Kargin. Ferdi Kargin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desiderio Maidana in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferdi Kargin saved Çanakkale from getting behind. The supporters of Alka FC booed when Çanakkale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Erdem Helvacıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tugay Dokuzer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferdi Kargin having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Desiderio Maidana to make the kick off. Tugay Dokuzer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ferdi Kargin firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 83rd minute, Tugay Dokuzer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferdi Kargin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Hermelando in the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Tugay Dokuzer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdi Kargin. Çanakkale's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tugay Dokuzer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Tugay Dokuzer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ferdi Kargin. That made the score 0-8 in the 93 minute of play. The Çanakkale fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Alka FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
