Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gürsel Aksel started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Geçkinli defense, Gürsel Aksel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Ediz Tanbek. The Geçkinli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Ediz Tanbek should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Gökhun Felek got a free kick in the 6th minute. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürsel Aksel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the game, Gürsel Aksel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 11 minutes, Berk Hasberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basmane Texas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berk Hasberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute, Gürsel Aksel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 17th match minute, Geçkinli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yağız Fidan to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Gürsel Aksel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 25 minutes into the game, one of Geçkinli:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gürsel Aksel might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Ediz Tanbek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gürsel Aksel ran back to his position shaking his head. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürsel Aksel in the 31st minute of the match. Gürsel Aksel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Ediz Tanbek having to make a save. 34 minutes into the game, one of Geçkinli:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Geçkinli's zone, Feridun Elmacı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek came out of the goal and Feridun Elmacı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gürsel Aksel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kaptan Kıvılcım had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gürsel Aksel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Ediz Tanbek having to make a save. In the 46th minute Gürsel Aksel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Ediz Tanbek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürsel Aksel, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Gürsel Aksel might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Ediz Tanbek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gürsel Aksel ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the match, Geçkinli's goalkeeper Mehmet Ediz Tanbek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gürsel Aksel. 62 minutes into the match, Gürsel Aksel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mehmet Ediz Tanbek, 0-9. If Gürsel Aksel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Geçkinli's Mehmet Ediz Tanbek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürsel Aksel in the 65th minute of play. Gürsel Aksel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Basmane Texas's Gürsel Aksel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mehmet Ediz Tanbek. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feridun Elmacı in the 71st minute of play. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek was a little too slow when Gürsel Aksel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-11. Mehmet Ediz Tanbek was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Gürsel Aksel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gürsel Aksel really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. In a very dangerous position, a player in Geçkinli fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! Mehmet Ediz Tanbek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürsel Aksel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Basmane Texas's Gürsel Aksel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-14. If Kaptan Kıvılcım had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Basmane Texas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Geçkinli.
