Göpsen FC's Aytekin Hicab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neil Mcinnes in the 21st minute of play. Aytekin Hicab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferhat Kaya in the 23rd minute of the match. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 24th minute, but Wu Xu Bo got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving 61 Büyük Türk FK hanging dry this time. Neil Mcinnes hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th match minute, Göpsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cihan Babacan to maneuver through the defense. Tibor Berkes succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. 61 Büyük Türk FK's Atilla Kağan Karhan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Yunus Canver, made in the 33rd minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Neil Mcinnes came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the 61 Büyük Türk FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neil Mcinnes couldn't finish the play. 61 Büyük Türk FK's Ovidio Refugio was substituted for Rüknettin Demirhan. 61 Büyük Türk FK's Enginalp Türkdoğan was substituted for Neil Mcinnes. 61 Büyük Türk FK's attentive Erdoğan Akçay managed to snatch the ball when Yunus Canver made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 81st minute of the match Göpsen FC got a corner. 61 Büyük Türk FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. İlmi Birsel ran over to the corner to take the kick. İlmi Birsel made a great header on Göpsen FC's corner, it was just that 61 Büyük Türk FK's Wu Xu Bo managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Göpsen FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while 61 Büyük Türk FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
