Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tibor Berkes took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, Göpsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Collen came free, but Aytekin Hicab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tibor Berkes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Collen in the 8th minute of play forced Göpsen FC's goalkeeper Aytekin Hicab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cihan Babacan fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Göpsen FC's protests and gave Cihan Babacan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of KOO Tigers booed when Göpsen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cihan Babacan didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Collen in the 16th minute of play forced Göpsen FC's goalkeeper Aytekin Hicab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KOO Tigers's Uğuralp Vasfi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save KOO Tigers from getting a goal against them. Vahdet Canbolat received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Uğuralp Vasfi came out and tried to block the shot, but Vahdet Canbolat slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Aytekin Hicab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Collen in the 22nd minute of the match. If Robert Collen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Uğuralp Vasfi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vahdet Canbolat went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to KOO Tigers getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Robert Collen hit a great ball. Tibor Berkes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vahdet Canbolats short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Uğuralp Vasfi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, KOO Tigers's Urbano Fidencio got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Göpsen FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by İlmi Birsel in the 45th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Collen to make the kick off. Xiao Yu Chao's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Aytekin Hicab skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Uğuralp Vasfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vahdet Canbolat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yıldırım Orguntay lost his temper 58 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Göpsen FC:s Aytekin Hicab showed great skill when he stopped Robert Collen:s penalty. Aytekin Hicab was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Robert Collen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Robert Collen really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Uğuralp Vasfi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahdet Canbolat in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Xiao Yu Chao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytekin Hicab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Göpsen FC got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Berkes. KOO Tigers's Kudret Şükrü was substituted for Emin Bayram. In the 66th match minute, Göpsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibor Berkes to maneuver through the defense. Aytekin Hicab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Collen in the 67th minute of the match. When İlmi Birsel came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Göpsen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İlmi Birsel couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Vahdet Canbolat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Göpsen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Mickey Rothwell charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mickey Rothwell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mickey Rothwell hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Vahdet Canbolat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uğuralp Vasfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Göpsen FC's zone, Xiao Yu Chao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aytekin Hicab came out of the goal and Xiao Yu Chao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aytekin Hicab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Collen in the 87th minute of the match. Uğuralp Vasfi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahdet Canbolat, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahdet Canbolat in the 97th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Uğuralp Vasfi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KOO Tigers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
