But to his dismay, Kenny Alströmer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Cifuentes in the 21st minute of play forced Porteño Prowess FC's goalkeeper Alejandro Gavilanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Cifuentes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alejandro Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Cifuentes in the 24th minute of the match. Norbert Dabrowskis short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Alejandro Gavilanes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half Porteño Prowess FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Kenny Alströmer made the kick off in the second half. Porteño Prowess FC's Alejandro Gavilanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Cifuentes in the 55th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Taltun SC got a freekick which was hit by He Sang Jun. Porteño Prowess FC made a substitution. Nicolás Nieves replaced Baltasar Innocenzio. Taltun SC made a substitution. Ralf Albäck replaced Flavio Cifuentes. After 62 played minutes Taltun SC got a freekick which was hit by He Sang Jun. After 63 minutes, Mattias Wickander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taltun SC and the Porteño Prowess FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Taltun SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Porteño Prowess FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, Porteño Prowess FC's Claudio Astolfi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zhang Hao Qing. Hassan Brousseau kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Di Le Jun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Gavilanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejandro Gavilanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Albäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Porteño Prowess FC's Yiyo Oropeza was substituted for Kenny Alströmer. In the 76th minute, one of Taltun SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Taltun SC. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Taltun SC's goalie and right to Nicolás Nieves. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Taltun SC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Alejandro Gavilanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Espinosa Marco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zhang Hao Qing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yiyo Oropeza in the 86th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Taltun SC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Nieves came free, but Zhang Hao Qing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Porteño Prowess FC's Nicolás Nieves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Porteño Prowess FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
