With a little luck, Malmö White Knights's Johnny Banks got control of the ball when Anıl Cenk Tanacan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Taube in the 13th minute of play forced Black Cloud FC's goalkeeper Tolga Kural to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolga Kural took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anıl Cenk Tanacan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Johnny Banks came out and tried to block the shot, but Anıl Cenk Tanacan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Black Cloud FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elvijs Presley came free, but Tolga Kural reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anıl Cenk Tanacan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johnny Banks read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elvijs Presley in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolga Kural prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Anıl Cenk Tanacan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johnny Banks was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Xurdin Pareja made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Malmö White Knights's Di Feng Zheng. Tolga Kural made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvijs Presley in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Anıl Cenk Tanacan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Cloud FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Cenk Tanacan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johnny Banks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jim Ahlroht charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jim Ahlroht the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Johnny Banks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anıl Cenk Tanacan in the 56th minute of play. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by Xurdin Pareja with Anıl Cenk Tanacan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Johnny Banks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Cenk Tanacan in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Malmö White Knights's zone, Anıl Cenk Tanacan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnny Banks came out of the goal and Anıl Cenk Tanacan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Black Cloud FC made a substitution. Stefan Motyl replaced Anıl Cenk Tanacan. Stefan Motyl took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johnny Banks. Johnny Banks dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Malmö White Knights's Roby Baggio was substituted for Charlie Sjögren. Aldo Campitelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Johnny Banks read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Black Cloud FC's Hayati Seyyid nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Johnny Banks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Motyl in the 80th minute of play forced Malmö White Knights's goalkeeper Johnny Banks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johnny Banks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayati Seyyid in the 91st minute of play. After 95 minutes Black Cloud FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Evert Taube who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Malmö White Knights's Roby Baggio to fire away a dangerous shot which Tolga Kural despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Malmö White Knights players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Black Cloud FC.
