In the 3rd minute Victoriano Teofilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustín Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustín Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Teofilio in the 3rd minute of play. Oliver Petersson scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Merexildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rolando Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes of play, Rebelution's Oliver Petersson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Merexildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Luisito Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the game, Oliver Petersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rolando Merexildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Petersson in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Merexildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 30th minute of the game was made by Raul Isauro with Francisco Onbera as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Oliver Petersson scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Merexildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mauro Odon's late challenge caught a Rebelution's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Odon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rebelution booed when PGE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Odon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Oliver Petersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Rolando Merexildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luisito Tiniebra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Rolando Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Chiquito Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the game, Rebelution's Oliver Petersson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Merexildo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After the first half Rebelution were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rebelution were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after PGE FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leandro Mattin took the corner. Aquiles Hechter tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Rolando Merexildo. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-7 in the 55th minute. After 58 played minutes PGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Raul Isauro. 59 minutes into the game, Oliver Petersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Rolando Merexildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 62 played minutes Rebelution got a freekick which was hit by Chiquito Flores. In the 63rd minute of the match Saul Gaspard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agustín Rossi skillfully saved the ball. Rodolfo Indartsu kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Agustín Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rebelution's Agustín Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Odon in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Victoriano Teofilio made a precise shot to the right of Agustín Rossi. Rebelution's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Rebelution's Marcos Richie was substituted for Nestor Goren. Rebelution made a substitution. Americo Frascuelo replaced Chiquito Flores. Rebelution made a substitution. Rebelution's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-8. 77 minutes into the match, PGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Petersson came free, but Rolando Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Guib got free with Rolando Merexildo in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Rebelution's Oliver Petersson in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PGE FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fabricio Macerio's late challenge caught a Rebelution's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Rolando Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Rolando Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Merexildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Guib in the 89th minute. A collision led to Rebelution getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Albano Ortle hit a great ball. Saul Gaspard, 92 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Dario Guib took a quick shot and it went in 2-9 without a chance for Rolando Merexildo to make any attempt to save it. Rebelution's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
