The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Isidoro Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Ermengol having to interfere. Inocencio Ermengol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The supporters of Dado de baja booed when Celtic FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Erlantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Isidoro Lugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliseo Lawrence got free with Sebastián Junes in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inocencio Ermengol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Froila's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Lugo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Ermengol was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Inocencio Ermengol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Lugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Inocencio Ermengol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Lugo in the 25th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Isidoro Lugo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Inocencio Ermengol. After a defensive mix-up in Celtic FC's zone, Eliseo Lawrence stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastián Junes came out of the goal and Eliseo Lawrence tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Isidoro Lugo sped through Dado de baja's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Inocencio Ermengol. After having played for 45 minutes, Nicolas Froila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celtic FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Froila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inocencio Ermengol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidoro Lugo went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvio Boniel to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Celtic FC's Nicolas Froila made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inocencio Ermengol was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicolas Froila scored 0-7 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inocencio Ermengol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Inocencio Ermengol managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Celtic FC's Nicolas Froila fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Celtic FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Junes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dado de baja's Inocencio Ermengol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Dado de baja from getting a goal against them. Dionisio Barea hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Sebastián Junes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Micael in the 72nd minute of play. Everardo Micael's late challenge caught a Celtic FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Everardo Micael helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dado de baja's Everardo Micael got a free kick in the 74th minute. Justo Matxin kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. If Nicolas Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 minutes, Isidoro Lugo made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Dado de baja's Inocencio Ermengol tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dado de baja's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Nicolas Froila scored to the left of an out of position Inocencio Ermengol, making the score, 0-11. Inocencio Ermengol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicolas Froila showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 90 minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Isidoro Lugo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inocencio Ermengol. Dado de baja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Lugo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. When the match was over Celtic FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dado de baja throughout the match.
