Fernando Geofredo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Hurko to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Pinto came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by 1984 Castelli Futbol's Maximiliano Ponce. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Ponce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Teo Bernad came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Riesgo Cero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Bernad couldn't finish the play. Cosme Atarratze hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Hermengildo Etxeberri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gualterio Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Luzaide scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualterio Pinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute, Constantino Sanchez made a precise shot to the right of Patricio Chano. 1984 Castelli Futbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 35th minute, Cosme Sansone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 37 minutes, Ariel Fidele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riesgo Cero and the 1984 Castelli Futbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Fidele to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Horado in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Ekain in the 42nd minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Gualterio Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half 1984 Castelli Futbol were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Fernando Geofredo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the 1984 Castelli Futbol fans jumped to their feet. In the 54th minute, Enzo Ekain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Teobaldo Maore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patricio Chano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Gualterio Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Luzaide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gualterio Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Ponce in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Fernando Geofredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Chano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Vedillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Riesgo Cero's Oscar Hurko got a free kick in the 75th minute. Enzo Ekain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Gualterio Pinto made a huge save. In the 78th minute, Eustacio Horado made a precise shot to the right of Gualterio Pinto. Riesgo Cero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. When Riesgo Cero's Teo Bernad in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1984 Castelli Futbol's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Horado in the 85th minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Gualterio Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gualterio Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Horado in the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Geofredo came free, but Gualterio Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Riesgo Cero's Gualterio Pinto got control of the ball when Enzo Ekain tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1984 Castelli Futbol's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
