Everardo Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Quilo in the 17th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when Silvio Torres put in a rough tackle. In the 33rd minute, one of Amboy FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Amboy FC. After 36 minutes of play, C. A. Potrero's Celedonio Lekubegi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Bernebe was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Ezkerra got free with Gustavo Bernebe in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. C. A. Potrero fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Amboy FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
