Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antonio Mundo made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Claudio Inocente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Cordario struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Leon Nesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BEIJO CARNAVAL. Teofilo Ferman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leon Nesto came out and tried to block the shot, but Teofilo Ferman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. Mario Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Nesto having to interfere. Teofilo Ferman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Leon Nesto made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Teofilo Ferman managed to get in a good position for a shot. BEIJO CARNAVAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Ferman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Nesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Inocente in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Edgardo Franco notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Leon Nesto. Leon Nesto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Conrado Darien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofilo Ferman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Nesto came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by BEIJO CARNAVAL's Teofilo Ferman. But to his dismay, Teofilo Ferman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Leon Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Cordario, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Teofilo Ferman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Nesto having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Tiburcio Haimar made in the 54th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mario Cordario immediately put the ball in play. Leon Nesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofilo Ferman's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. When BEIJO CARNAVAL's Teofilo Ferman in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's goalie prevented a goal. The throw-in from Tiburcio Haimar in the 61st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Benito Handi. Leon Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Cordario in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Haimar in the 71st minute of play forced NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's goalkeeper Leon Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Mario Cordario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Illart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Rios in the 76th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Teofilo Ferman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BEIJO CARNAVAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Leon Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Inocente in the 91st minute of play. When the referee ended the match the BEIJO CARNAVAL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
