Roceira SC's Carlos Eduardo Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Berger in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldair Code in the 6th minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Eduardo Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Décio Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldair Code in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Eduardo Chaves saved Roceira SC from getting behind. In the 14th minute, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Nuno Linhares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With an all-out effort, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Carlos Eduardo Chaves threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from David Berger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 17 minutes into the match, Oscar Tasso notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Adalberto Tróia. Adalberto Tróia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aldair Code took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Eduardo Chaves. Carlos Eduardo Chaves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Carlos Eduardo Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Berger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Décio Sarmento was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 26th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Décio Sarmento struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Carlos Eduardo Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Sacode Football CIMZ. Aldair Code could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves made a huge save. Roceira SC's Carlos Eduardo Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Sarmento in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Aldair Code nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Eduardo Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Jeremias Lima's late challenge caught a Roceira SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Lima helped the player get up and apologised. Jeremias Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Adalberto Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Nascimento in the 41st minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, Roceira SC's Mário Nascimento made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adalberto Tróia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Club Sacode Football CIMZ's zone, Mário Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adalberto Tróia came out of the goal and Mário Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeremias Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves made a huge save.
The wind increased when Mário Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Eduardo Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Berger in the 51st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldair Code in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Eduardo Chaves saved Roceira SC from getting behind. Oscar Tasso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Gil Code got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Tasso in the 63rd minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Adalberto Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Eduardo Chaves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldair Code went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. If Nuno Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Eduardo Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldair Code, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 71 minutes into the game, Dedê Borges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roceira SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Sacode Football CIMZ the free kick. The supporters of Club Sacode Football CIMZ booed when Roceira SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedê Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aldair Code in the 75th minute. After taking down the ball on Club Sacode Football CIMZ's corner Aldair Code fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlos Eduardo Chaves quite easily take care of the ball. Aldair Code recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Tasso in the 78th minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Adalberto Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, David Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Adalberto Tróia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Róbson Fantini. In the 89th minute Décio Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldair Code in the 90th minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldair Code in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Eduardo Chaves saved Roceira SC from getting behind. A collision led to Club Sacode Football CIMZ getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Gil Code hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Sacode Football CIMZ's zone, Washington dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adalberto Tróia came out of the goal and Washington dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 played minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Montenegro. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
