Randle Rutledge started the match with the kick off. HASSELHOFF BABES's 刘德华 Zaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randle Rutledge in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, HASSELHOFF BABES's Stephan Sennett got a free kick in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Randle Rutledge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 刘德华 Zaar. HASSELHOFF BABES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Randle Rutledge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rodd Laing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Manly FC were awarded a corner. Mourad Rocchi went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Randle Rutledge in the 21st minute of play forced HASSELHOFF BABES's goalkeeper 刘德华 Zaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 刘德华 Zaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodd Laing, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The throw-in from Stephan Sennett in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Manly FC's Matthias Hanslow. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Manly FC's Patrick Lenard was substituted for Ace Goodwin. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oskitz Cadenas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Manly FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oskitz Cadenas came free, but Sydney Ross reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. HASSELHOFF BABES's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
