The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Sam Mistral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustave Héron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Sam Mistral looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Herblay's Gustave Héron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Mistral in the 7th minute of play. Pierre-Louis Casimir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batiste Botella in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's goal looked a bit too open when Batiste Botella came free, but Pierre-Louis Casimir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Herblay's goalkeeper Gustave Héron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Mistral. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Herblay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Brice Chalumeau took the corner. After taking down the ball on LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's corner Brice Chalumeau fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustave Héron quite easily take care of the ball. In the 20th minute, Kylian Wiart left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Herblay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Gustave Héron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustave Héron made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Sam Mistral sent off a good shot on target. Sam Mistral hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Brice Chalumeau quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gameiro Thuret, made in the 31st minute of the game. Gustave Héron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Mistral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sam Mistral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustave Héron having to make a save. Herblay's Gustave Héron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Herblay from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the game, Gameiro Thuret was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herblay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO the free kick. In the 35th minute, Gameiro Thuret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sam Mistral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gustave Héron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Ryan Hellec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herblay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO the free kick. In the 37th minute, Ryan Hellec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kazimierz Tylinski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Herblay! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batiste Botella was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batiste Botella in the 51st minute of play forced LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's goalkeeper Pierre-Louis Casimir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Brice Chalumeau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gustave Héron came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO reached it. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Damaso Fase got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Mistral in the 66th minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Gustave Héron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Batiste Botella got a free kick in the 71st minute. Gustave Héron came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Sam Mistral. But to his dismay, Sam Mistral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Raja Vaal kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Sam Mistral sped through Herblay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustave Héron. After 85 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Éthan Plantade. After a rather tough play, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Sam Mistral got a free kick in the 86th minute. Sam Mistral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustave Héron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Gustave Héron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Sam Mistral in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Herblay's goalie prevented a goal. Pau Pieth kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
