Nereo Lorenz's late challenge caught a PARNASOVFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nereo Lorenz helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Galácticos del Pueblo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! After the first half Galácticos del Pueblo were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Galácticos del Pueblo made a substitution. Norberto Panfilo replaced Jairo Lamberto. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domingos Abadie to make the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, PARNASOVFC's goalkeeper Amancio Blasi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Criston. In the 64th minute Jorge Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Blasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Criston got free with Amancio Blasi in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 minutes of play, PARNASOVFC's Wilfred Rensenbrink made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Urdin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chants of Galácticos del Pueblo echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as PARNASOVFC had held the ball for most of the match.
