In the 18th minute Arturo Ascencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Sosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Arturo Ascencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Sky FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Ascencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Pacifico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Sebastián Sosa made a huge save. The corner led Black Sky FC's Israel Manex to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebastián Sosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Ascencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Black Sky FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Celso Aresti hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute of the match Marcelo Perico sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Txema skillfully saved the ball. In the 65th minute, Celso Aresti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Black Sky FC made a substitution. Primitivo Natanael replaced Arturo Ascencio. Black Sky FC's Ismael Txartiko was substituted for Ruperto Goizeder. Celso Aresti hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Marcelo Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexis Rijkaard hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Valentin Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Alejandro Tena replaced Marco Cantona. A nice corner shot did that Israel Manex got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastián Sosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Valentin Pacifico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastián Sosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play.
