Harry Hedvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luigi Bollier in the 13th minute of the match. Harry Hedvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luigi Bollier in the 14th minute of play. Armin Schauber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Håkan Gunnarsson in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximilien Siedler got free with Harry Hedvall in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Alkvist in the 20th minute of play forced Suruç's goalkeeper Armin Schauber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armin Schauber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Alkvist in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Mölndal FC's Olov Dusett nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armin Schauber made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a little luck, Mölndal FC's Harry Hedvall got control of the ball when Maximilien Siedler tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Mölndal FC defense, Omar Lampart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harry Hedvall. The Mölndal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harry Hedvall should have stopped the shot. Håkan Gunnarsson struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Armin Schauber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mölndal FC. Maximilien Siedler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Hedvall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Maximilien Siedler reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Harry Hedvall. The goal made the score 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aaron Alkvist was the one to do the kick off. Armin Schauber came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mölndal FC's Aaron Alkvist. But to his dismay, Aaron Alkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Francesco Baumeister kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mölndal FC's Boris Håning got a free kick in the 59th minute. Harry Hedvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximilien Siedler in the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Suruç getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Omar Lampart hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Olov Dusett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Schauber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armin Schauber came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Mölndal FC's Aaron Alkvist. But to his dismay, Aaron Alkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. A collision led to Mölndal FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ulf Burman hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the game, one of Mölndal FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mölndal FC's goalkeeper Harry Hedvall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Francesco Baumeister hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mölndal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suruç the free kick. The Mölndal FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
