Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Medinas AFC's Julio Velasco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Medinas AFC's Marcial Rivero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Amaya in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Dennis Andreozzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcial Rivero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Andreozzi in the 11th minute of play forced Medinas AFC's goalkeeper Marcial Rivero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Medinas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Andreozzi came free, but Marcial Rivero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Rivero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Dantas in the 17th minute of the match. A well done corner resulted in Benigno Arias drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind Medinas AFC's goalkeeper. After 21 minutes of play, Leones Futbol Club's Wilson Dantas made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Rivero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcial Rivero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Andreozzi in the 23rd minute of play. Marcial Rivero came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Leones Futbol Club's Wilson Dantas. But to his dismay, Wilson Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Marcial Rivero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilson Dantas's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 36 minutes, Eustacio Amaya made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Medinas AFC's Marcial Rivero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute Wilson Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilson Dantas to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilson Dantas in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Rivero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Dantas in the 52nd minute of play forced Medinas AFC's goalkeeper Marcial Rivero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Dantas had several of the Medinas AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Marcial Rivero as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Dantas got free with Marcial Rivero in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Medinas AFC defense, Dennis Andreozzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Rivero. The Medinas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Rivero should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd minute, German Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Rivero having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Velasco in the 67th minute of play forced Leones Futbol Club's goalkeeper Mauricio Guillelmus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Estavan hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Marcial Rivero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wilson Dantas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 71 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustacio Amaya got free with Marcial Rivero in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Medinas AFC's Marcial Rivero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Medinas AFC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Dantas got free with Marcial Rivero in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Rivero came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Leones Futbol Club's Dennis Andreozzi. But to his dismay, Dennis Andreozzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. The supporters of Medinas AFC booed when Leones Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Lehen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Oxel made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bernardino Lano. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Dantas got free with Marcial Rivero in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Medinas AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Wilson Dantas scored to the left of an out of position Marcial Rivero, making the score, 0-10. Marcial Rivero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dennis Andreozzi went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. In the 96th minute, Leones Futbol Club's Dennis Andreozzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Rivero. Marcial Rivero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12.
