Göktuğ Boysel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Atakan Kambay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Under 18 Universe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Under 18 Universe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atakan Kambay to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Teófilo Pádua left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. King Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osman Ali Seyyid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Mateus Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Osman Ali Seyyid notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's King Duarte. King Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osman Ali Seyyid in the 30th minute of play forced CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalkeeper King Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tahsin Orguntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teófilo Pádua, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ahmet Çağrı Özdoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osman Ali Seyyid stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Göktuğ Boysel fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Under 18 Universe's protests and gave Göktuğ Boysel a yellow card for diving instead. Göktuğ Boysel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Osman Ali Seyyid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but King Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. King Duarte was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Balamir Taykoç. After 81 minutes, Alexandre Veríssimo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Under 18 Universe's Tahsin Orguntay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Under 18 Universe's Tahsin Orguntay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateus Campos in the 85th minute of play. Tahsin Orguntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rei Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Nuno Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Orguntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Alexandre Veríssimo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Tahsin Orguntay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Under 18 Universe players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land.
