An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Laurentzi in the 17th minute of play forced ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s goalkeeper Chupan Estad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Lorenzo Buche fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s protests and gave Lorenzo Buche a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Buche. Chupan Estad acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Birk Vestre. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Laurentzi was the one to do the kick off. Chupan Estad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Laurentzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chupan Estad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Nonatos United booed when ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Héctor Soffia didn't get a good kick on the ball. ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ made a substitution. Albano Depsch replaced Victor Hugo Pinilla. Héctor Soffia hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Laurentzi in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chupan Estad saved ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ from getting behind. Paulo Laurentzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chupan Estad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s goalkeeper Chupan Estad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nonatos United were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri took the corner. Takis Oikonomopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Spöerer in the 77th minute of the match. Chupan Estad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Tasso in the 79th minute of play. Frank Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Chupan Estad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Tasso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chupan Estad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Chupan Estad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Tasso in the 92nd minute of the match. Frank Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 93rd minute Frank Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chupan Estad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nonatos United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
