The supporters of Celta de Virgos booed when T€Tra brick FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Tulio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Fernanco got free with Feliberto Rodriguez in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ceferino Austin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Millano in the 11th minute of play. If Filomeno Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ceferino Austin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Millano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciriaco Lekubegi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Austin having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filomeno Millano in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceferino Austin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Celta de Virgos's Leopoldo Fernanco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Feliberto Rodriguez. Feliberto Rodriguez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Filomeno Millano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ceferino Austin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After some careless play in the Celta de Virgos defense, Filomeno Millano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceferino Austin. The Celta de Virgos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceferino Austin should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Esiquio during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Celta de Virgos getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cosme Esiquio hit a great ball. Ceferino Austin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Millano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Leopoldo Fernanco came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Celta de Virgos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Fernanco couldn't finish the play. Ceferino Austin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Lekubegi in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leopoldo Fernanco to make the kick off. Celta de Virgos's Roque Silviano was substituted for Cosme Montrell. Celta de Virgos made a substitution. Arnoldo Florian replaced Leopoldo Fernanco. In the 60th minute, Ciriaco Lekubegi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceferino Austin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 71 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's Arnoldo Florian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feliberto Rodriguez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fernan Moise's late challenge caught a T€Tra brick FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernan Moise helped the player get up and apologised. Fernan Moise hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Enaut in the 89th minute of play forced Celta de Virgos's goalkeeper Ceferino Austin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Constantino Enaut took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Ceferino Austin to make any attempt to save it. Freddy Felo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Felo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th minute, Freddy Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. T€Tra brick FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
