Zhuang Xi Xi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hu Chao Hai having to interfere. Celso Fix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Hu Chao Hai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eriberto Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Isaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Expresso Ranelagh's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Fix came free, but Hu Chao Hai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celso Fix was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zhuang Xi Xi during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Gorbea in the 77th minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Eriberto Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbano Ereinotz hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute of the game Everardo Bernard made a throw-in which Ignacy Marosz played forward. After a defensive mix-up in Cura del Futbol's zone, Erki Uba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Erlantz came out of the goal and Erki Uba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Augusto Borges made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Expresso Ranelagh's Antonio Orlo. Antonio Orlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Isaio in the 92nd minute of play.
