Vila Industrial FC's Rony Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Couto in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Ren Jie Fan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rony Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guto Jacinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wang Fei Xing in the 38th minute of the match. After 42 minutes of play, Vila Industrial FC's Wang Fei Xing made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guto Jacinto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rony Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Ancelotti in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wang Fei Xing made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Paulinho de Queiroz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila Industrial FC and the GeRaÇãO-83 players grew even worse after the yellow card. GeRaÇãO-83 were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Vila Industrial FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cristo Negroni took the corner. The corner ended in Sílvio Luiz Velloso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vila Industrial FC's Rony Zanette did a great save. In the 63rd minute Wang Fei Xing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guto Jacinto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wang Fei Xing went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Vila Industrial FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Ren Jie Fan scored to the left of an out of position Rony Zanette, making the score, 3-2. GeRaÇãO-83 made a substitution. Robinho Freire replaced Ren Jie Fan. Guto Jacinto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaberks Suder's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Kaberks Suder put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Guto Jacinto. If Robinho Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Robinho Freire had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rony Zanette. Vila Industrial FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robinho Freire was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3.
