Paulino Estevez made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Machine Gun Kelly's Marc-Aurèle Bougault. A collision led to Machine Gun Kelly getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Sebastian Kismi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terri Moco in the 27th minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Tadeo Udalaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Machine Gun Kelly's attentive Marc-Aurèle Bougault managed to snatch the ball when Seymour Skinner made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terri Moco got free with Tadeo Udalaitz in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Terri Moco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeo Udalaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 minutes, Seymour Skinner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.A. Cachila and the Machine Gun Kelly players grew even worse after the yellow card. Machine Gun Kelly's Aristides Boniel was substituted for Conrado Erramun. A.A. Cachila's attentive Cesar Cordarrel managed to snatch the ball when Marc-Aurèle Bougault made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. Machine Gun Kelly's Tadeo Udalaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terri Moco in the 69th minute of play. Aristides Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Gabrio having to interfere. A.A. Aristides Boniel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Epifanio Gabrio came out and tried to block the shot, but Aristides Boniel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 78th minute. Alberto Lizer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Epifanio Gabrio made a huge save. A.A. Cachila's Epifanio Gabrio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save A.A. Cachila from getting a goal against them. Cachila's Epifanio Gabrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Boniel in the 96th minute of play. The A.A. Cachila fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Machine Gun Kelly were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
