The referee ignored AKDmicos FC's protests and gave Raul Cristofor a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to AKDmicos FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Raul Cristofor hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, AKDmicos FC's Zeledon Ferran threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maximiliano Sansone, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ulises Guzman kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Maximiliano Sansone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeledon Ferran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gualterio Arano in the 30th minute. Luis Iratxo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Pedro Donostia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Ferran skillfully saved the ball. Augusto Estefan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Mirande in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Iratxo during the 40th minute. A hard shot by Ricardo Oton from long distance, 42 minutes into the match, got Zeledon Ferran's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. AKDmicos FC's Augusto Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Hurko in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Maximiliano Sansone charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximiliano Sansone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The corner ended in Octavio Eli almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AKDmicos FC's Augusto Estefan did a great save. Octavio Eli didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-1 via right post in the game's 52nd minute. Terremoto FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Zeledon Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Arano in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Donostia came free, but Zeledon Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 played minutes, AKDmicos FC's Isidoro Lobo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zeledon Ferran came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AKDmicos FC reached it. In the 66th minute, Pedro Donostia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeledon Ferran was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Terremoto FC made a substitution. Celedonio Ignatius replaced Vicente Rius. AKDmicos FC's Narciso Azubeli was substituted for Ricardo Oton. After 88 played minutes AKDmicos FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Donostia. After 93 minutes of play, AKDmicos FC's Narciso Azubeli made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeledon Ferran was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AKDmicos FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Terremoto FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
