The DREAM TEAM WORLD fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when DREAM TEAM WORLD's Jaime Oxel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eulalio Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Renatinho Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Guto de Castro came free, but Eduardo Mattin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guto de Castro scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Mattin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Perez. Jaime Oxel's late challenge caught a ITAFUT 4EVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Oxel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when DREAM TEAM WORLD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Oxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guto de Castro hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Jaime Oxel made a precise shot to the right of Ciro Brasil. ITAFUT 4EVER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The ITAFUT 4EVER players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. DREAM TEAM WORLD were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Oxel to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Jaime Oxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DREAM TEAM WORLD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Oxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute Evair Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Mattin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Teodosio Markel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Zé Paulo Gerber got a free kick in the 75th minute. ITAFUT 4EVER's Orlando Mineiro was substituted for Guto de Castro. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Moises Urtsin was substituted for Jaime Oxel.
