After 28 minutes of play Palestra do Interior's Maurinho Matorin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when Palestra do Interior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perivaldo Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ITAFUT 4EVER's Ramón Meira managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nelsinho Marinho in the 41 minute of the game.
