Borys Dombroski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boleslaw Lichorobiec having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakub Bakes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Boleslaw Lichorobiec. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 31st match minute, FC Cavia Pyskowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jurand Mocko to maneuver through the defense. When Jurand Mocko fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Cavia Pyskowice's protests and gave Jurand Mocko a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Cavia Pyskowice getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jurand Mocko hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Jerzy Piczak made a precise shot to the right of Konstanty Gamza. FC Cavia Pyskowice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 42 minutes of play, Project Nemesis's Zbyszko Sikola made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konstanty Gamza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Konstanty Gamza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Sikola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerzy Piczak was the one to do the kick off. In the 94th minute Jakub Bakes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Lichorobiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Cavia Pyskowice support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
