Fidan Tanasievski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fidan Tanasievski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zheng Yang Zhen in the 6th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, U21 Macedonia's goal looked a bit too open when Zheng Yang Zhen came free, but Fidan Tanasievski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zheng Yang Zhen took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fidan Tanasievski. Fidan Tanasievski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of U21 Macedonia booed when ΠΑΟΚ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotiris Zacharakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zheng Yang Zhen in the 20th minute of play forced U21 Macedonia's goalkeeper Fidan Tanasievski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidan Tanasievski came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by ΠΑΟΚ FC's Zheng Yang Zhen. But to his dismay, Zheng Yang Zhen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Fidan Tanasievski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zheng Yang Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Fidan Tanasievski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zheng Yang Zhen in the 36th minute of play. Fidan Tanasievski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zheng Yang Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Zheng Yang Zhen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fidan Tanasievski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zheng Yang Zhen in the 53rd minute of play forced U21 Macedonia's goalkeeper Fidan Tanasievski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Zheng Yang Zhen took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Fidan Tanasievski to make any attempt to save it. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Bergin Atanasov made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ΠΑΟΚ FC's Sotiris Zacharakis. Fidan Tanasievski was a little too slow when Zheng Yang Zhen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-7. Zheng Yang Zhen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fidan Tanasievski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Zheng Yang Zhen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fidan Tanasievski. The goal made the score 0-8. Zheng Yang Zhens short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Fidan Tanasievski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind U21 Macedonia's goalkeeper Fidan Tanasievski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Zheng Yang Zhen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fidan Tanasievski. Zheng Yang Zhen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Zheng Yang Zhen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fidan Tanasievski came out and tried to block the shot, but Zheng Yang Zhen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute, Zheng Yang Zhen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zheng Yang Zhen in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidan Tanasievski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fidan Tanasievski was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Zheng Yang Zhen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zheng Yang Zhen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. ΠΑΟΚ FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
