Thanks to some nice moves Florian Schulitz could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Aureliano Pacifico however easily saved by the left post. 15 minutes into the match, Academia Club's goal looked a bit too open when Moritz Christe came free, but Aureliano Pacifico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Academica Pulheim's Moritz Christe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aureliano Pacifico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Aureliano Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moritz Christe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Moritz Christe made a precise shot to the right of Aureliano Pacifico. Academia Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 29th minute Academica Pulheim were awarded a corner. Moritz Christe went to the cornerflag to take it. After 29 minutes, Joaquin Phelipe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia Club and the Academica Pulheim players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Academia Club got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Phelipe. With a little luck, Academia Club's Aureliano Pacifico got control of the ball when Florian Schulitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Pinkus Mack managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academica Pulheim's supporters rose to their feet, but Pinkus Mack was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Pacifico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Dionisio Dolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After some careless play in the Academia Club defense, Pinkus Mack kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aureliano Pacifico. The Academia Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aureliano Pacifico should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Ralph Wickede had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. During the 60th minute of the match Joaquin Phelipe completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Joaquin Phelipe a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 60 played minutes Academia Club got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Phelipe. Academica Pulheim made a substitution. Edgar Gomminginger replaced Rando Max. Florian Schulitz struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Aureliano Pacifico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academica Pulheim. After 71 minutes of play, Academica Pulheim's Carsten Boy made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aureliano Pacifico was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74thth minute of the game Achmed Bani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Club's Aureliano Pacifico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Achmed Bani put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aureliano Pacifico. In the 77thth minute of the game Florian Schulitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Club's Aureliano Pacifico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With 81 minutes on the clock, Carlos Quilino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 81st minute, one of Academia Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Academia Club. Academia Club:s Aureliano Pacifico showed great skill when he stopped Moritz Christe:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Achmed Bani in the 84th minute of play forced Academia Club's goalkeeper Aureliano Pacifico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moritz Christe made a great header on Academica Pulheim's corner, it was just that Academia Club's Aureliano Pacifico managed to reach the ball for a save. Henry Nölting was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and Florencio Telesforo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
