Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseu Alagoano in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilbert Trela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute of the match, Slawomir Banas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Édouard Mendy saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Amílton Marinho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gilbert Trela. LZS ZIOMALE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, one of LZS ZIOMALE:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A collision led to Al-Fajuth getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Léo Ortiz hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseu Alagoano to make the kick off. Édouard Mendy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Winszman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Al-Fajuth's Maicon Zanette got a free kick in the 56th minute. Gilbert Trela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeu Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 71st minute, Zbigniew Winszman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Jefferson Maia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Al-Fajuth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LZS ZIOMALE the free kick. In the 77th minute, Amílton Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilbert Trela came out of the goal and Amadeu Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Al-Fajuth booed when LZS ZIOMALE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Przemyslaw Gozdowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gilbert Solecki fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LZS ZIOMALE's protests and gave Gilbert Solecki a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Gilbert Solecki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
