The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Svensson during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sylvan Van der Willeghem to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, RWDM's Bass Boffin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mårten Nordström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mårten Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnold Bosmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, RWDM's goalkeeper Saturnino Vargas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Svensson. Jonathan Svensson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Saturnino Vargas firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 58thth minute of the game Jorre Van der Voert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oakcroft Thrashers's Mårten Nordström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jorre Van der Voert scored 4-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mårten Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. RWDM's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
