Maxim Firea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emre Kaya in the 13th minute of the match. Arkın Evcimen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Emre Kaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 20 minutes into the match, CSM ALEXANDRIA's goal looked a bit too open when Emre Kaya came free, but Maxim Firea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa booed when CSM ALEXANDRIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionel Fetanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes CSM ALEXANDRIA got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Ilica. Maxim Firea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emre Kaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babür Tekgül to maneuver through the defense. After 43rd play minutes Emre Kaya shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Maxim Firea and just under the crossbar into goal. Maxim Firea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arkın Evcimen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's attentive Refik Özsel managed to snatch the ball when Ionel Fetanu made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Maxim Firea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arkın Evcimen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. After a rather tough play, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Ionel Fetanu got a free kick in the 59th minute. After some careless play in the CSM ALEXANDRIA defense, Arkın Evcimen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxim Firea. The CSM ALEXANDRIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxim Firea should have stopped the shot. With his leg Maxim Firea managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Emre Kaya fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Refik Özsel's late challenge caught a CSM ALEXANDRIA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Refik Özsel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Refik Özsel hit a great ball. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Refik Özsel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Olimpiu Ilica, made in the 70th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Arkın Evcimen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Saruhan Taşkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Lazăr in the 77th minute of play. Maxim Firea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Timur Delioğlu came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timur Delioğlu couldn't finish the play. Emre Kaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Firea having to interfere. Arkın Evcimen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The CSM ALEXANDRIA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
