When Zbyszek Dziura fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After 56 played minutes Guardian Force got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Dziura. Jimeno Gaskon succeeded in the game's 57th minute to get real power on a long shot . Guardian Force's Krzysztof Podolski hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-2! Witalis Kolbe's late challenge caught a deportivo madrid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witalis Kolbe helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Guardian Force's Witalis Kolbe got a free kick in the 61st minute. Jimeno Gaskon, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mauro Ciceron was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stefan Ratulowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 65 minute of play. If Stefan Ratulowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cecilio Natal scored 3-3 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Krzysztof Podolski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aleksander Mierzwa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mauro Ciceron firmly grabbed it by the left post. Guardian Force's Stefan Ratulowski got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Guardian Force was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Ratulowski to maneuver through the defense. Guardian Force's Krzysztof Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Ilixo in the 80th minute of play. Cyprian Snaza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Mauro Ciceron made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Ilixo in the 86th minute of play forced Guardian Force's goalkeeper Krzysztof Podolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Guardian Force's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Natal came free, but Krzysztof Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzysztof Podolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Ciceron came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Guardian Force's Aleksander Mierzwa. But to his dismay, Aleksander Mierzwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. The deportivo madrid fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guardian Force were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
