After a rather tough play, Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Bonifacio Matro got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Anthonio Pijps charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthonio Pijps the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Anthonio Pijps hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dreas Verhoeven during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dreas Verhoeven kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Franck Bormans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Artemio Salvino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Wesselbend's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Licerio came free, but Matthias Wilmots reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Cristofol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Matthias Wilmots made a huge save. 23 minutes into the game, Elias Cristofol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matthias Wilmots. Elias Cristofol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Ricardo Hondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Wilmots having to interfere. Elias Cristofol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Matthias Wilmots made a huge save. Artemio Salvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeff Van Haechten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Wesselbend's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Licerio came free, but Matthias Wilmots reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Wesselbend getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Dreas Verhoeven hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Cristofol got free with Matthias Wilmots in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elias Cristofol made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luukas Bollaert in the 55th minute of play forced Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's goalkeeper Artemio Salvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Wesselbend's Artemio Salvino threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeff Van Haechten, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Elias Cristofol struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Matthias Wilmots didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teɱperłey Cɨŧy. Artemio Salvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ralf Van Den Driessche in the 61st minute. When Blas Tonete fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's protests and gave Blas Tonete a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Teɱperłey Cɨŧy got a freekick which was hit by Blas Tonete. The referee felt a red card was in order, 65 minutes into the game, when Bonifacio Matro put in a rough tackle. After 66 played minutes Teɱperłey Cɨŧy got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Matro. Artemio Salvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeff Van Haechten in the 77th minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Ricardo Hondo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Wilmots was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Cristofol during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wesselbend's Martial Beets got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sixto Primeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Ricardo Hondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Hondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Teɱperłey Cɨŧy booed when Wesselbend was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeff Van Haechten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Wesselbend for a fine match.
